Gumtow, daughter of Mr. William Gumtow of Olean, N. Y., to Mr. Charles S. Green, son of Mrs. Frances Green of Williamsville, was solemnized on Saturday, May 5, 1945, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, in St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran church, Williamsville. Rev. Charles J. Menge performed the ceremony. The bride wore a dress of blue with white accessories and a corsage of roses. Her attendant, Miss Mary Frances Green, sister of the bride-groom, wore navy blue with white accessories and a corsage of roses. The best man was Mr. Raymond Voght, cousin of the bridegroom. A reception followed the ceremony at the home of the bridegroom's aunt, Mrs. Raymond Voght, 90 Eugene avenue, Kenmore. The bride is a graduate nurse at the Deaconess Hospital, Buffalo, The bridegroom is a graduate of Williamsville High School. |
