Know Ye, That Raymond C. Voght a Color Sergeant of Sixty Fifth Infantry N.G.N.Y, who enlisted at Buffalo, N.Y. on the 8th day of December, one thousand Nine Hundred Twelve to serve three years, having complied with the Military Law and the Regulations of this State, is hereby granted a Full and Honorable Discharge and relieved from further service in the Military and Naval Forces of the State, except in case of War, Insurrection, Invasion or imminent danger thereof.
Said Raymond C. Voght was born in Buffalo, N.Y. in the State of New York, and when enlisted was 22 years of age, by occupation of Lawyer, had brown eyes, brown hair, and was 5 feet 10 1/2 inches in height.
