Wedding announcement of Henry R. Lenz and G. Roberta Wilkie (Buffalo Courier Express, 4 Jul 1937, page S3)

Lenz-Wilkie
The. marriage of Miss G. Roberta Wilkie, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry E. Wilkie of Williamsville, and Henry R. Lenz, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Lenz of Snyder, took place at 11 o’clock yesterday in the home of the bride, the Rev. Leonard V. Buschman officiating.
The bride wore a smart tailored suit of heavy silk complemented by a green printed blouse. She wore a white hopsack straw hat with a brown grosgrain ribbon crown. Her shoulder corsage was of orchids.
Miss Betty Wilkie, sister of the bride, was her only attendant. She wore a smart yellow silk frock trimmed in white with a shoulder corsage of talisman roses and delphiniums. Edward K. Taylor was the best man.
Mrs. Wilkie chose a brown marquisette gown and the bridegroom’s mother wore black sheer. Both had corsages of gardenias.
A wedding breakfast was served after the wedding at 1629 Hertel Avenue.
