Marriage announcement of Nelson Voght and Rita Sajecke (Buffalo News, 6 Aug 1942, page 13)
Voght-Sajecke
The marriage of Miss Rita J. Sajecke, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Sajecke of Northampton Street, to Lieut. Nelson R. Voght, United States Army, son of Mrs. Edith W. Voght of Kenmore, took place on Monday, Aug. 3, in the Chapel, Ft. Niagara. The bride wore a yellow afternoon gown and a corsage bouquet of gardenias. The attendants were Mrs. Donald W. Voght and Mr. Raymond C. Voght.
Lieut. and Mrs. Voght both attended Buffalo State Teachers College, Mrs. Voght graduating in 1941. Lieut. Voght left to go with the 102d C. A., A. A., in December 1940. After a dinner for the immediate families in the Park Lane, Lieut. and Mrs. Voght left for Camp Winfield Scott, San Francisco. Last week-end they were the guests of Lieut. and Mrs. Gordon F. Voght in Mitchel Field, L. I.
