| Obituary of Carl Meyers (Tonawanda News, 25 Mar 1975, page 12) MEYERS - Carl (Cully) Meyers, 75, of Tonawanda, N.Y., Monday (Mar. 24, 1975) after a long illness. A life long resident of Tonawanda, he was employed at Spaulding Fibre Corp., before retiring in 1965. Mr. Meyers was a member of Salem United Church of Christ and a 55 year member of the National Hose Co. in Tonawanda. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Alice (nee Ohmes) Meyers; a brother, William Meyer of North Tonawanda; and a sister, Mrs. Hilda Metzger of Niagara Falls, also surviving are many nieces and nephews. The family will be present from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Hamp Funeral Home, Inc., Adam and Seymour Sts., Tonawanda where funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Pastor Richard H. Trump officiating. Interment in Elmlawn Cemetery. |
