Kumm abandonment trial verdict (Tonawanda News, 8 Dec 1927, page 3)
A jury in the case of the people against Jerome C. Kumm of North Tonawanda in county court returned a verdict of not guilty on a charge of abandonment. The jury was out for three and one-half hours. Kumm was charged with abandoning Georgianna Kumm at North Tonawanda, February 16, 1927.
